Greetings from New Brunswick! We just crossed the border from Maine not too long ago so I thought I would take time to share some of my adventures!
We spent one day and two nights in Boston. It was definitely worth stopping there. I expected it to just be a big city and it surprisingly had a lot of a small town feel and character. We spent Friday exploring the city by riding the tour trolley. It was a lot of fun to ride the trolley around the city and see all of the parks and neat attractions. We stopped at Fenway park for two hours for a tour. I think that was my favorite part of the trip. Then we went to eat at the oldest restaurant in America and walked around Quincy market where I bought a dress that you can tie in 100 ways!!! Beat that american apparel. We spent the evening going to a small high end mall and then had dinner at the cheesecake factory! Funny enough we were all too full to actually make it to the cheesecake.
We left Boston this morning and headed to Freeport, Maine. Which is basically a town of outlet stores. All the stores were in houses or churches. It was pretty cool.
Anyways we are now heading to PEI. I cannot wait to be off the road and just enjoy the rest of my vacation. Pics to come!!!
